An SDGame case tailored to your organisation
Our standard cases already cover a wide range of sectors: manufacturing, healthcare, retail, construction, the public sector… Does your organisation find that these existing cases do not fully reflect its situation? Or would you like to use SDGame to address your specific challenges, for example as part of an in-house training programme or onboarding process? If so, we will work with you to develop a fully bespoke case!
What does a bespoke case involve?
With a bespoke case, we translate the context of your specific organisation into a case within SDGame. Not a generic sector-based case, but the real-life challenges your team faces every day.
Ideal for in-house training, onboarding or to facilitate discussion on a specific issue.
What is the process for developing a bespoke case?
A bespoke case always follows a four-step process. You should allow for a turnaround time of around one and a half months, depending on how quickly the feedback or test session can be organised.
1. Intake
We will visit you and work with you to identify the challenges, objectives and context of your organisation.
2. Development
We translate this input into playable scenarios, with various response options, KPIs and impacts.
3. Feedback
You’ll help us review the case to ensure the content is entirely accurate before launch.
4. Launch
Your bespoke case is ready to be used, whether in physical or digital form!
Once these four steps are complete, you will have a fully finished game, 100% tailored to your organisation. We will, of course, remain available to facilitate sessions, train game facilitators or develop updates.
Strategic sustainable business: a bespoke training programme
Would you like to go beyond a single session and embed sustainability structurally into your managers’ strategy? Combine the development of your bespoke case study with a comprehensive in-company training programme on strategic sustainable business (minimum of 4 participants).
Don’t expect lectures delivered from the front of the classroom; instead, you’ll be getting hands-on with your own company-specific challenges.
